The Australian innings was anchored by Harjas Singh's impressive knock of 55 runs, supported by contributions from skipper Hugh Weibgen, Harry Dixon, and Oliver Peake. Their collective efforts propelled Australia to a competitive total of 253/7, putting pressure on the Indian batting lineup from the outset.

In pursuit of the target, India faced early setbacks with the dismissals of Arshin Kulkarni and Musheer Khan in the powerplay. Despite a promising start from Uday Saharan, who scored runs steadily, India faltered as wickets tumbled at regular intervals. The dismissal of key batsmen like Sachin Dhas further dented India's hopes of a successful chase.

Adarsh Singh showed resilience with a valuable knock of 47 runs, but his efforts were not enough to turn the tide in India's favor. The Indian batting, which had been a strength throughout the tournament, faltered under pressure in the crucial final match.

Australia's victory was spearheaded by their disciplined bowling attack, led by Mahli Beardman and Raf MacMillan. Beardman's fiery spell of bowling, supported by MacMillan's crafty off-spin, restricted India's scoring opportunities and led to their eventual collapse.

The win marked Australia's fourth ICC U19 World Cup title and their first since 2010, underscoring their supremacy in youth cricket. The triumph also served as redemption for Australia, who had suffered defeats to India in the title matches of 2012 and 2018.

While Australia celebrated their victory, it was a bittersweet moment for the Indian team, who had showcased exceptional talent and resilience throughout the tournament. Despite falling short in the final hurdle, players like Uday Saharan, Musheer Khan, and Sachin Dhas demonstrated their potential for future success.

As the curtains fell on the ICC U19 World Cup, Australia's triumph stood as a testament to their strength as a team and their commitment to excellence. The young cricketers, guided by experienced coaches and mentors, showcased their skills on the global stage, leaving a lasting impact on the world of cricket.
