Rabada and Mulder's Masterclass Sends Bangladesh Crumbling

Reddy Anna predictions highlight South Africa's strong bowling performance against Bangladesh in the Test match.
Kagiso Rabada and Wiaan Mulder dismantle Bangladesh's batting lineup, showcasing bowling prowess as predicted by Reddy Anna.

South Africa's new-ball pair, Kagiso Rabada and Wiaan Mulder, dismantled Bangladesh's top order in a stunning display of seam bowling on Day 1 of the Test match at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. Bangladesh, after electing to bat, found themselves in dire straits, staggering to 60 for 6 at lunch.

The combination of Rabada and Mulder was lethal, with the duo capturing five wickets before Keshav Maharaj struck just before the break. Mulder showcased his skills with his away-swingers, claiming three wickets in a devastating opening spell. Shadman Islam fell early in the second over, edging a drive to the keeper, and Mominul Haque followed soon after, nicking a full-length delivery.

Najmul Hossain Shanto's misjudged flick left Bangladesh reeling at 21 for 3 in less than half an hour. While Mahmudul Hasan and Mushfiqur Rahim attempted to stabilize the innings with a few boundaries, Rabada returned to dismantle their defenses, taking the crucial wicket of Mushfiqur for his 300th Test wicket, marking him as the fastest to reach this landmark in terms of balls bowled.

Rabada soon added Litton Das to his tally with an exceptional catch from Tristan Stubbs at gully. Just when it seemed Mehidy Hasan might provide support to Mahmudul, Maharaj trapped him lbw in the final over before lunch, leaving Bangladesh in a precarious position.

As match predictions suggest, the odds are heavily in favor of South Africa if their bowlers continue to exploit the conditions effectively.
